‘Artists don’t have vacation’ noted Joseph Beuys. As an artist you’re always in an art-modus, is what Beuys meant with this, you can’t switch it off temporarily, you’re in it 24/7. The quote is certainly appropriate for my visit to Osnabrück, certainly appropriate for the exhibition 24/7. At the Kunsthalle Osnabrück is until Friday June 6, for every one who aspires it the opportunity to show your art to the public, for 24 hours a day. After this the beautiful exhibition space, located in the center of this inspiring north-western German city, will close for a thorough renovation. The exhibition 24/7 runs until Friday June 6, 2014 – 18:00.
