The Garden Which is the Nearest to God

This week is the last chance to visit the installation The Garden Which is the Nearest to God at the Oude Kerk, Amsterdam. This spectacular work by Japanese artist Taturo Atzu aka Tatzu Nishi aka Tazu Rous aka Tatzu Oozu aka Tatsurou Bashi aka Tazro Nishino… gives you apart from a breathtaking view of the Dutch capital, the surreal experience of a living room build around the weather vane / gilded angel of the Old Church. And so questioning our relationship to these kind of power symbols…

‘The Garden Which is the Nearest to God’ runs until September 6, 2015.
