Last week was the official presentation of the ‘Big Amsterdam Art Calendar’. This coming edition coincides with a leap year, therefore offering room for 366 artists, designers, photographers and architects. A collection of established names and young talent of the Amsterdam art scene, all in a high print quality. This three kilogram, must have art calendar can be ordered here. My own contribution to the ‘Big Amsterdam Art Calendar’ is the work ‘Portrait 14: Scholte.’ A photo collage from the series ‘Artist Portraits’ that all follow the same concept; an artist portrait in which the face is replaced by a work of this artist.
